Non-Functional or Physically Damaged Wires and Cables: In the event that the wires and cables do not function as intended or if the sheath and core are not in proper physical condition, we will exchange them for a valid replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the non-functional or physically damaged item.
